le Work Post (...consisting of to-do lists)

...both of my appointments canceled for today, so I don't think I have anything work-related to do this afternoon, even though I'm here until three. Sad. Then there's band from three-thirty to five-thirty with Serenity love to follow. ^.^ Yay on Serenity love!

Righto. I'm going to separate out my to-do lists: one for school and one for everything else I want to or plan to take care of within the next few days. Here goes!

Serenity.

So tonight I went to see Serenity with Joan, Lauren, and Jesse. And... Well. I laughed. I gasped. I cried like a little pansy girl. And here's why.

The spoiler-babbling aside, Serenity earns nine points out of ten. I took off two points because of a few things in the plot that made me go "Uh, no" but added one because the movie made me break down and cry in the middle of the theater. I think that makes it a darn good movie, and I highly recommend it to each and every one of you. Or at least the ones of you willing to invest the time and energy into watching Firefly first. The movie could probably stand alone, but I think it's better if it doesn't.
