Lalala.

Greetings from Painted Post, New York! My cousin is getting married today, so the family traveled up yesterday for the occasion. It's a lovely area, and it's a wedding. But I have to wear a dress, so that's sort of lame. (I mean, I guess I don't have to. But I am. At least it's a nice dress.) And it's cold here. Brr!

I started the morning with a wine tasting at the Pleasant Valley Wine Company. Nothing like booze in the morning, right? Maybe that will help keep me warm. Anyway, that was wonderful. Good times.

I'm really just killing a few minutes while my brother finishes getting ready and we head out for the wedding. Um. So yes. I'm afraid I really have nothing of consequence to say.

How many of you are doing NaNoWriMo this year? All of you? Good. And if you aren't, why not? Let me know!

I'm planning on doing NaNo for the first time...it'll be hard, though, seeing as we (the band) have an indoor show in the middle of the month--and, of course, the music'll be brand new and I guess we have to learn more drill...but I'm gonna try my best to write 50,000 words! (Hey...I'm planning on doing a murder novel this year (bwahaha), but is writing fanfic allowed? Because if this doesn't work out, I can just write about my favorite characters next year!)

I just felt like randomly glomping you.

I've had a lot of coffee today..

I'm going to try to do NaNo this year, but I'm going to invoke the Zokutou Clause, because I'm working two jobs now and I'm not sure if I'll have enough time to finish. (But I'm going to give it my best shot.) I already know from last year that I can get 50,000 words done in a month, but I want to finish The Hunted or add another 50,000, whichever comes first. Now finishing... THAT would make me feel accomplished! XD

I might do nano this year. The only problem I have is that I just started a novel and I would like to get it finished before any new project. I have a slight idea for a new one, though.

Maybe if I sat down and wrote 20,000 words for two or three days in the next coming days, then I would have the free time.

I want to do NaNo, since I was thinking of gutting and completely rewriting the novel I wrote for it a couple of years ago when I won. If I did, I'd have to take a hiatus from the RP I mod, though, because NaNo + almost full-time job + full time school + outside observing and teaching + RPing = not enough hours in the day.

But nnnrrrgggh, want to write again~!
