This post makes me lose whatever "cool" factor I might have had left. Can you figure out how?

First post of the new year! Five days late! Wooo!

I was going to do something different this year and make my first post of 2010 be a picture-only entry, but -- clearly -- I did no such thing. This is partially because I spent the first day of 2010 being sick (a mix of a bit of food that didn't agree with me, a little too much to drink the night before, and not enough sleep the morning of) and partially because I forgot about it until today. So maybe some other time. Who knows? Maybe next time.

2009 was a big year for me. Buying a house, starting the new job, adopting the kittehs... For starters. I'm hoping 2010 matches up, so fingers crossed!

It is incredibly cold in my house. I think one of my windows doesn't close properly and is drafty, and it happens to be the one closest to the couch (unfortunate!). Unrelated, why do all the kids in "Saved by the Bell" sing, even though at least two of them couldn't carry a tune worth a damn in previous episodes? The continuity is flawed.

The draft thing is evil >_> I am going to go attack the new molding that got put down after the tile with the caulk gun to make sure there aren't any spots that got missed. you could always do the rolled up towel in the windowsill route as a stop gap until you could get some foam weather stripping and try to fix it with that?

I'm really not too worried about it. But the weather stripping is probably a good idea.
