Oregon Trail eats my soul.

Hehehe.

I found my family's old Oregon Trail II game in the other room yesterday, and I popped it in my computer today to play. I've played two games so far. Only dertodesengel and myself will find the first game funny, but... In the first game, my character was Coby, who was traveling with Orsino, Sam, Marshall, and Dana. Orsino died within the first ten days because he's a pussy. Marshall died of a cold after ten months had gone by. Coby died five miles outside of Sacramento (where the wagon train was going) and my game ended.

My second game. Yuki Eiri was the main character (probably explaining why everyone's morale was low the entire game), and he travelled with Shindou Shuichi, Seguchi Tohma, Seguchi Mika, Uesugi Tatsuha, and Papa-san. Papa-san died after about two months because he was old and sick. Tohma ran away (or I missed the part where he died. Not sure) after about six months. Mika and Tatsuha joined another wagon train (I didn't even know that was an option!), but Shuichi and Eiri managed to get to Sacremento without ever getting sick. (And, once only Shuichi and Eiri were left, the morale went UP like whoa!)

So yes. I heart me some Oregon Trail.

Now, however, I am going to bed. *nod*
