The Gravi manga/anime story-lines are messing with my fic timeline. *whine* In the anime, Suguru appeared first and Ayaka showed up two or three episodes later. In the manga, Ayaka appears in volume two and Suguru doesn't show up until... what, volume seven? That sounds right.

I don't like to go off the anime when I write ficcage, but the anime universe fits a great deal better than the manga one, in this case.

Argh.

Oh, also? I posted Fifty Fangirls over on Gurabite. It was a lj drabble a long while back, but I was re-tagging some old journal entries and decided to put that one up. *shrug*

I'll probably be posting something else -- on lj, not Gurabite -- later today. And yes, [livejournal.com profile] mortenavida, it is the story I promised you.

Manga rec.

I don't feel like tagging anyone. Do it if you want.

Um. I've read the first volums of both Petshop of Horrors and W Juliet yesterday and today, respectively. I thoroughly enjoyed both series -- especially Juliet. There's a girl (Ito) who looks a great deal like a boy, and a boy (Makoto), who dresses like a girl because he wants to be an actor instead of taking over his family's dojo and dressing in drag is the only way to get out of it (he made a deal with his father). It's terribly funny and every time Ito and Makoto do something cute I squee like a schoolgirl on tic-tacs.

Really. I do.

Anyway. I highly recommend both series, although I'm sure everyone has read them both and I'm terribly behind on the times once again. ^__^
