Storm storm storm.

There have been a lot of thunderstorms moving through the area today; we got two back-to-back last night, and by the sound of it I think we're gearing up for another one today. I guess I should trudge over to the neighbor's house to take care of the cat and stuff before it gets to be really bad.

The storms keep conking out my cable connection, so I apologize if I've been talking to anyone over IM and suddenly disappeared -- or if you were expecting to find me and never did. Once the weather eases up, I expect my internet will, too.

...The outside temperature just dropped from eighty-degrees to seventy-one in the span of two minutes. Huh. That's so weird.

A quick to-do list before I go (...although it would probably be smarter to just write this one down on, y'know, actual paper, given my luck with electricity and internet).

[x] take care of the neighbor's cat
[x] clean Willow's litterbox (again)
[x] clean Junior's litterbox (again)
[x] feed both cats
[x] change cat water
[x] finish reading Lolita. ^.^
[x] write another 1,000 words of Aristeia (if storm eases up)
[x] play with regina_sama's drabble request
[x] go to the bank (if storm eases up/flood alert goes away)
[x] do the usual house stuff
[x] make dinner (if electricity doesn't go out)
[x] prepare some tea for steep
[x] work on the script stuff
[x] check the tracking on Amazon orders
