I like my job. I really, really do. What I don't like about my job is that some days -- such as today -- are unbearably slow, and those days almost always correspond with the days I don't have a lot on my to-do list (which I guess is true of just about any job, huh?).

Today, for those who haven't guessed, is one of those slow days. Although I guess it beats the beginning of last week (and the end of the week before that), when I didn't think I'd ever finish all the things I had to complete.

More sugar might make this afternoon more tolerable. I'll have to look into that. Also, thank goodness for accrued overtime~! If nothing important pops up by four, I'll just leave early. ^_^

A side note: Ever since I started working in the publishing realm, I've found myself considerably more prone to using phrases such as FYI and ASAP in just about every typed medium there is. Is that a "real job" thing or a "haha, your job uses acronyms!" thing?

I made a voice post about the snow yesterday (or attempted to) but it never showed up on the eljay. Ah, well. You all missed me going "Snow is pretty, hurhur". I'd like to think I was more eloquent than that, honestly, but without the audible proof, there's no way to tell for sure.

...I have the urge to watch Tenth Kingdom until my head explodes. I've seriously got to look into getting that series for myself. (See what you did,
