When you cook, all you have to do is follow your nose! When it smells done, and tastes good, it's ready to eat! Stir fries are fun and easy, and low carb....just get one of those frozen stir fry packs(with all the veggies), cook the chicken/beef, then add the frozen veggies, stir & fry, voila! easy cooked meal...
