imayb1 made a flowchart of all the "factions" in Gurabite (a long story, primarily involving a curious phrase found in an email I received a while back), and it's pretty interesting. (I'd link to it but, again, all my friends seem to think I will send them crazy stalkers and make their posts friends-only. I don't blame them, really, although some of these things would be fun to share. *heart*) Anyway, she placed me in Purgatory, where the "Repentant Non-Believers" go. In other words, those people who no longer write fanfic. I'm okay with that, but I warned her it would be like that for too much longer.

*ponder* I can't remember how long I've been on Gravi hiatus. Over a month. Since... March? I know it was right after I put the last bit of "Dizzy" on Gurabite. So yeah, March. Hm. That was longer than I hoped it would be. (To be fair, I haven't really been writing a lot of Gravitation, despite my best inclinations. Actually, I haven't been writing much of anything. I'm such a terrible person.)

Every time I check my email, I have new spam in my box. (Don't you guys love my lack of a transition?) All of this spam involves the size of my penis. Since I do not have a penis or any body part that really resembles a penis, this confuses me. The closest thing I have is a shark fetus in a jar. And that's saying something. Perhaps there's a reason behind this spam, however. Maybe they believe I would be better off if I owned a large penis? Should I look into that?

I technically don't have to go to class today, but I'm going anyway because I was stupid and told McShane that I would probably be there. And because Gail is giving her presentation today, and I did kind of tell her I'd be there to show my support. You know, since she was out of state for mine. *not bitter!*

I seriously need to figure out what I'm doing for finals and all. I technically don't have any finals; I have portfolios due Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and I have to turn in a report for Gerry's class... but that's really it. I already did my final for both Tech Writing and my Honor's Thesis and my band final (the concert) is on Sunday... Huh. How bizarre.

'nyway. Tonight I work on portfolios for Fiction, Capstone, and Poetry. Tomorrow I have band rehearsal, and on Sunday I have a concert. I also need to find a Mother's Day gift for (obviously) my mother. Plus, I owe a bunch of people (five) drabbles! I will get to it super-quick, my promises.

*yawn* I really don't want to do anything today.

I will be returning soon, I hope. I'll have all summer to work on it, and apparently I won't be attending grad school in the fall, so I'll have all fall and winter and all to work on it, too. Except for the whole getting a job thing, I'll have lots of time to write! *heart*

I like how your band final is a concert.

It can't beat my senior exam from high school orchestra, though. One of the questions was, "What city does the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra play in?". Another was, "What instrument do you play?".

My senior final for high school band consisted of playing a scale -- any scale -- on any instrument. I think I played mine on the pan pipes. Which I stole from David.

I think the band final is still something like that; I think Tiffany played a scale on glass bottles or something.
