You're planning to get a new apartment? Wah, that's so wonderful! ^^ Four floors will be trouble for some people as you mentioned, but on the other hand it's more secure, too. You know, the thieves have to go the longer way also, so there's a bigger chance someone would hear/notice them. ;p
