'nywho, work wasn't too bad. I get the day off tomorrow, at least, so that makes me happy. ^_^

endaemion's house last night, and it was shibby! We watched something which I think was called rahXephon, and it was neat. Confusing, but neat. It was about a bunch of people in a bubble and a bunch more people outside the bubble and this boy named Ayato who pilots a robot with wings coming out of his head who forgot about this girl he used to date who is now twelve years older than him and etcetera and so forth. I remember laughing everytime someone said Tokyo Jupiter (because it sounded funny) and whenever Ayato would twitch and scream. ^_^ Honestly, it was neat. I'll be looking out to see the rest of it...
Afterwords, I flipped through Endy's art books, which was neat. ^_^ He is such a good artist *heart*! And then we watched a home video. o_O Endy was bossy when he was little! There was a scene or two of Endy and his little sister washing the car and Endy was being a bossy boy! So Endy's mom, who must have been filming, said something along the lines of "I hear you saying all those nasty things to your sister, Endy, and now it's all on tape! You hear that? We have all those mean things on tape!" Real-life-grown-up Endy snerked and then said "She's so mean..." It was great. ^_^
In other news, Endy's sister hyperventilated while attempting to blow out a birthday candle. Much laughter.
After the brief home video spree, we popped the Gravitation DVD into the player and let her rip! And then we decided to switch to VHS. It wasn't a hard decision... Bad subtitles or blurry picture? Hm... Would we rather see the prettiness or actually know what everybody is saying? (We opted for blurry picture, but the DVD was so pretty.) Sometime during this Gravitation-ness,heterophobe called because her snake baby was lost and she was very upset, which is understandable. And I did something stupid which made Endy laugh and so she got a touch peeved. I don't blame her, either. Gomen, Ryn!!! *apologetic bow*
Neaa, by the time we finished watching what we wanted to watch, it was half past midnight and I figured I should be heading home, given that I had to go to work this morning. ^^;;; So I departed, memories of Shuichi and Yuki saying "Tadaima" and "Okaeri" stuck in my head and repeating themselves over and over and over again. Y'know, Yuki very rarely says 'okaeri', even though Shuichi always walks in with the magic word of 'tadaima'? I wonder if there's a reason for that...
Endy and I came up with some interesting ideas concerning Gravitation, too. ^_^ One: what if Shuichi had gotten a girlfriend instead of meeting Yuki? Can you even begin to imagine that boy with a girlfriend??? We couldn't, although we had a fun time trying... Two: what if Yuki joined a nudist colony? (This came as a result of the OVA, in the dream sequence, when Endy suddenly went: "wow, he's really ripped! All that time with beer and cigarettes while sitting for hours in a chair in front of the computer really paid off!") Three: when the real "legal" Gravitation DVD comes out in America, with bad dubs and all, are they going to turn Shuichi into a girl? 'Cuz, y'know, it would be terrible of them but it would actually make sense that way. Some of the dialogue would have to change and they'd have to cut out a few scenes, but it would still work. o_O Badness and wrongness ahoy!!!
(edit: I remember another one of the things Endy and I talked about concerning Gravitation! Ryuichi! He can't say Shuichi's name properly! Listen to him, it's true!)
Those are the only ones I can remember right now, but there were more. ^^;;;
Endy gave me Fake v4 as a Christmas present. Isn't he sweet??? *squees over Dee, Ryo, and Bikky-ness*
Uh... I chopped off my hair. o_O I think I already said that in the beginning of this entry, but it really is a bit of a shock to me. How long was my hair before, anyone remember? (I did measure it, once... Who was there when I did that? I know one of you people was...) And now my neck is cold-ish. Brrr.
Goddamn neck.
I want a new icon for my journal, but I left my collection back at school, with my computer. *pout* Would anyone like to make/donate/point out an icon for me?
