I just received the following email:
The following message from Dr. Alice Manicur is being forwarded to all students:
It is with great sadness that I share this news with the Frostburg State University community. Four FSU students were involved in a vehicular accident Tuesday afternoon on Rt. 219 in Garrett County, which resulted in the death of freshman Emily Ann Schindler of Pasadena, Md. The three other students remain in area hospitals.
Please keep Emily’s family and friends in your thoughts, as well as the three students who are recovering.
