Back from Shepard College.

Eh. Wasn't too bad. I liked it but I still like Frostburg a lot better... Let me rephrase that: I was seriously considering changing choice numero uno to Shepard until:
1: the tour guide told us that the food sucks, something you don't usually hear the guides say, especially since they're trying to promote their school.
2: I found out that their mascot is a mountain goat. No, wait, I'm sorry--a RAM. The statue sure looked like a goat to me.
3: I realized that it's only three feet from the Maryland border and yet I'd have to pay out-of-state tuition in order to go there. OOS tuition, of course, would be at least twice as much, especially given that the HOPE scholarship I'm working for would be ineffective there, and my state is a fucking three feet away from the campus.
4: the in-state scores required to get in is a 2.0 GPA and an 800 SAT score. The OOS scores are a 2.5 and a 900 SAT score. *goes into mock shock* Oh no! How on Earth would I ever be able to pull that off?!? *looks disdainfully at 3.5 GPA and 1330 SAT score*

*clever*
What fuzzy creature are you?
