Work schedules and ficcage, oh my!

Phoebe just changed my work schedule again.
For those unaware, I work in Frostburg's Writing Center. It's a good job -- I get paid over minimum wage, get to use the "I'm right because I work here" vibe against people who can't properly use the English language, and spend a lot of time on the computer, since the center isn't all that busy (at least not during the times I work). As of about an hour ago, my schedule ran so that I worked from 1-2 on Monday and Friday and 1-3 on Wednesday. Starting this Thursday (tomorrow), I would be working from 10-1 every Tuesday and Thursday. Today Phoebe changed the schedule -- now I'll work from 12-2 every Tuesday and Thursday... starting next week.
*facepalm*
I don't mind working less hours (eight instead of ten, now), but I really wish she'd stop changing my schedule without asking me about it first. At least this means I'll be able to sleep in on Tuesdays and Thursdays again -- or go on more walks with
girltrumpeter85, because that was fun like whoa.
My Shakespeare class is boring, so I wrote FMA fanfic. I finished one I'd been playing with for about a week and started a new short-short, which I'm going to finish now, since my other appointment block is so very empty. I'll have
tir_synni read them for me (because she is wonderful and doesn't glare at me too much when I suck) on Friday.
slyfox78 isn't feeling very well today. *pet* Everyone should go give her a hug because I said so. Merci!
The end.
Reminder: pick up black printer ink at first possible opportunity.

Date: 2005-10-05 07:10 pm (UTC)By the way, she changed mine four times . . . and one of the times she changed it, she didn't record it, so she couldn't figure out why I was coming to work that day.

Date: 2005-10-05 07:18 pm (UTC)The somewhat-good news is that Phoebe said she'd move me back to 10-1 (or at least 11-2) if things started getting busy again. We'll see how that works out. *shrug*
