I feel like I don't post enough, but I don't really have anything to say.

So you get a picture post. Hur.

This is my bulletin board. I used to keep notes for stories and such on it, but I cleaned it off in... Well, when I moved, so I guess in August, and now it is as pictured. Erm. Featured on the board (clockwise from the top left corner) is a transparency from my high school physics class, a postcard from [livejournal.com profile] kloos411 from her trip to the Netherlands, a character sketch from Otakon '05, some miscellaneous pictures, a pile of papers (the bottom most of which is an article on Neil Gaiman, and the top most of which is a "Congratulations, such-and-such poem has been published in such-and-such magazine" letter), a box of nerds with my name printed on it in katakana (from my first or second semester of Japanese in college), two pictures of my high school band (one from my freshman year, the other from my senior), a postcard from my parents from when they went to Europe, a small pile of stuff (a picture of Fran from FFXII, a flier for a Killjoy Circuit show, and a card from Lauren and Joan), another drawing (this one of Fred and George from Harry Potter. My reason for reading the books), and, finally, a huge picture of Vaan, Balthier, and Fran from FFXII.

Hoo.

A picture of my desk, featuring my new note board. Everything else is pretty self-explanatory, right? Right.

Thew new note board. Er. On the top is a pile of papers featuring... a quote, a story outline, and something else. Then we have post-its on which I scribbled the beginning of a new Gravitation thing. In the middle is a story outline for a story I promised [livejournal.com profile] mortenavida a long while back. On the far left is a pile of "words of the day" from last year that I haven't managed to use yet. Er. Yeah, I'm a slacker. The bottom is something else. Ignore that, please.

And there we go. Now that I've updated and you've been picture-ized, the day can continue!

No. Crap no. I can't draw worth beans (and someday maybe I'll take a picture of one of my doodles to prove it).

It's a nice desk. And, er, cheap and easy to put together.

I like cheap and easy.

Ahaha. XD Yes. I keep it there because I fail at opening twist-off caps, and I have a tendency of bringing my bottles into my bedroom before I try opening them (we have a bottle opener in the kitchen as well), so it comes in handy when I find I fail at life. ♥

Also, it wobbles.

I'm becoming more and more intrigued by the Final Fantasy universe, largely due to having read a fantastic Kingdom Hearts fanfic recently. It's odd to see the characters from that fic in their official forms - I imagined Balthier completely differently.

Eee, Gravi :D And One Thousand and One Nights! I adore it almost as much as I love Gravitation.

Not all Final Fantasy is created equal. but FFXII is pretty frickin' amazing. In my opinion.

...it took me a moment to realize you were looking at my bookshelf. XD I was all "...what? Gravi? One Thousand and... What is she looking at?" and then I looked again and went "Oh, hey, my bookshelf is in that shot!" and I knew. ^_~

Weird. I can actually read some of the titles. *__*
